The Office of the Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner, Punjab, has announced an advertisement for the hiring of School/College Teacher Interns (STIs) for 2026. This initiative invites eligible male and female candidates to apply for temporary engagement as School Teacher Interns within various Mines Labour Welfare Schools and Colleges, operating under the MLWC STI Policy 2026. These intern positions offer valuable teaching experience in government-run educational institutions located across districts such as Mianwali, Sargodha, Chakwal, and Khushab. Successful candidates will receive monthly stipends ranging from Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 55,000. A total of 42 posts are available, with approximately 23 designated for female candidates. This is a contractual opportunity for a maximum period of nine months (excluding summer vacations) or until a regular appointee joins, whichever is earlier. The roles are non-transferable. • Preference will be given to candidates possessing professional qualifications (B.Ed / M.Ed) and relevant teaching experience.
