Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• **Data Entry Clerk (Account Based):** Perform account-focused data entry requiring accuracy, English fluency, and basic computer skills.
• **District Maintenance Manager:** Lead and manage all maintenance operations across multiple retail stores in an assigned district.
• **District Maintenance Manager:** Oversee preventive & corrective maintenance for HVAC, commercial refrigeration, electrical systems, diesel generators, plumbing, fire protection, and civil works.
• **District Maintenance Manager:** Manage budgeting (OpEx & CapEx), contractor relations, CMMS oversight, KPI monitoring (MTBF, MTTR), root cause analysis, and asset lifecycle management.
• **District Maintenance Manager:** Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and cost optimization.
• **HVAC & Refrigeration Technician:** Inspect, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and commission HVAC and refrigeration systems in retail stores.
• **HVAC & Refrigeration Technician:** Work on package units, split ACs, VRF systems, display cabinets, compressor racks (LT & MT), and condensers.
• **HVAC & Refrigeration Technician:** Diagnose mechanical/electrical/refrigeration faults, perform leak detection, evacuation, charging, and root cause analysis.
• **HVAC & Refrigeration Technician:** Monitor pressures, superheat, subcooling, and maintain CMMS records.
• **Electrical Technician:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems across retail stores.
• **Electrical Technician:** Work on LV distribution, MDBs/SDBs, lighting, MCCs, UPS, cable trays, and protection devices.
• **Electrical Technician:** Conduct fault diagnosis, insulation/earth testing, LOTO procedures, and emergency response.
• **Electrical Technician:** Provide support for HVAC, refrigeration, pumps, and generators.
• **Civil, Hydraulic & Plumbing Technician:** Maintain water supply, drainage, sewage, and hydraulic systems.
• **Civil, Hydraulic & Plumbing Technician:** Work with pumps (booster, transfer, sump), tanks, heaters, valves, grease traps, and floor drains.
• **Civil, Hydraulic & Plumbing Technician:** Perform leak detection, pressure testing, pipe repairs, and system flushing.
• **Civil, Hydraulic & Plumbing Technician:** Ensure compliance with health and local codes and coordinate with other trades.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Education:** Educated with fluency in English.
• **Experience:** As per detailed Job Description (JD) for each specific role.
• **Age:** Must be between 20–35 years.
• **Gender:** Male only.
