Technical Specialist (Solid Waste) – 01 Post (Lahore Based) Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in one of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution.

General Experience

• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in: Engineering projects, Infrastructure development, or Municipal services projects.

Specific Experience (Minimum 15 Years)

• Demonstrated expertise in: Solid Waste Management Systems, Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), Landfill design and operations, Leachate treatment systems, Landfill gas management, Waste-to-energy solutions, Resource recovery systems, Energy efficiency applications, Renewable energy technologies, Carbon credits and climate change mitigation, Environmental sustainability frameworks, Feasibility studies and project planning, Infrastructure development projects, Public sector project management, Stakeholder coordination.
• Preparation of: Technical reports, PC-I documents, Donor-funded project documentation.

Technical Specialist – Liquid Waste (Sewerage) – 01 Post (Lahore Based) Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution.

General Experience

• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in: Engineering, Municipal infrastructure, or Public utility services projects.

Specific Experience (Minimum 15 Years)

• Expertise in: Water Supply Systems, Sewerage Systems, Wastewater Treatment Systems, Renewable energy applications, Energy efficiency technologies, Carbon credits and environmental sustainability, Climate change mitigation frameworks, Feasibility studies and project planning, Infrastructure development, Innovative technologies in Water supply, Sewerage, Wastewater treatment, Public sector project management, Stakeholder coordination.
• Preparation of: Technical reports, PC-Is, Donor-funded project documentation.
