• Member of a recognized body of professional accountants, OR
• Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries, OR
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Law, OR
• Equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university
• Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience.
• At least 5 years experience as Company Secretary.
• Expertise in Corporate Governance, SOE Governance Framework, Regulatory Compliance, and Company Secretarial Practices.
• Strong communication skills, high integrity and professionalism, transparency and organizational skills, interpersonal management skills, legal drafting expertise, and corporate documentation proficiency.
