Pakistan Marine Academy Admissions 2027-28 – Join Merchant Navy

The Pakistan Marine Academy (PMA) has announced admissions for its 65th Batch (2027-28) for Nautical (Deck) and Marine Engineering Cadets. This is a unique opportunity for young Pakistani men to embark on a career in the Merchant Navy. The academy offers internationally recognized training programs, preparing cadets for lucrative careers on merchant ships across the globe. Successful candidates will undergo two years of residential training, earning an Associate Degree in Nautical Science or Marine Engineering, along with IMO-recognized Pre-Sea Mandatory Certificates. This program opens doors to international career opportunities, competitive salaries, global travel experience, and professional maritime education. There are 75 seats available for Nautical (Deck) Cadets and 75 seats for Marine Engineering Cadets. The last date to submit applications is July 23, 2026, with the NTS Entrance Test scheduled for August 9, 2026.

• Participate in two years of residential training at Pakistan Marine Academy
• Complete an Associate Degree in Nautical Science or Marine Engineering
• Obtain IMO-recognized Pre-Sea Mandatory Certificates
• Engage in professional maritime training

• Be an unmarried male citizen of Pakistan
• Be not more than 20 years of age as of 31 December 2026 (age relaxation of one year for candidates from FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, AJK, and Balochistan)
• Have passed F.Sc Pre-Engineering or A-Level with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry
• Obtain at least 55% marks in the required qualification
• Pass the Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
• Running: 1 Mile (1.6 Km) in 8½ Minutes
• Push-ups: 15 Repetitions
• Sit-ups: 15 Repetitions
• Chin-ups: 2 Repetitions
• Pass the NTS Entrance Test
• Pass a Medical Examination
• Pass an Interview
