• Qualification for all positions: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized). A Master’s degree or a relevant professional qualification is a plus.
• Experience for Head of Agency Sales (Life): Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Life insurance, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience in team management of a minimum 3,000 field force.
• Experience for Head of Bancassurance Business: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Bancassurance, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. Successful team management of a minimum of 3 sizeable banks OR having managed a minimum of 1,000 banca resources.
• Experience for Head of Alternative / Affinity Business: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance/Fintech, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role in B2B2C or Affinity products. Must possess comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and POS (Point of Sale).
• Experience for National Sales Manager (Bancassurance): Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Bancassurance, with at least 4 years in a senior role. Proven experience in team management of a minimum of 2 sizeable banks OR having managed a minimum of 300 banca resources.
