Successful candidates will be responsible for developing and deploying AI/ML models, collaborating with stakeholders to leverage advanced analytics for business improvement, and ensuring model governance and compliance. • Developing, deploying, and utilizing Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) based models.
• Identifying and procuring relevant data for AI/ML model development and advanced data analytics.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where advanced analytics and AI/ML can improve business performance and customer experience.
• Supporting customer segmentation and customer lifecycle management teams through AI/ML solutions.
• Establishing best practices for model development including: Feature engineering, Validation, Drift monitoring.
• Enforcing model governance standards including: Documentation, Bias testing, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) compliance.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized local or foreign university.
• Up to 7 years of banking or non-banking experience.
