Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Head – Information Security (Risk Group): Lead strategy, governance, and implementation of detection & protection solutions; develop cybersecurity frameworks and manage IT risk.
• Head – Credit Underwriting Unit (CUU) & CAD: Oversee credit underwriting, financial analysis, collateral valuation, portfolio quality, and compliance with SBP regulations.
• Head – HR Operations & Employee Relations: Lead end-to-end HR operations including HRIS, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance with labour laws.
• HR Strategy & Organizational Development Head: Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and HR analytics aligned with business objectives.
• Regional Business Head (RBH) across Punjab: Drive regional deposits, advances (Agri & Non-Agri), and retail business growth; supervise branches and ensure compliance.
• Chief Security Officer: Manage overall security of bank premises, liaise with law enforcement, and oversee security devices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Education: 14 years of education from HEC-recognized or foreign institutions for all positions. Master’s preferred for Unit Manager – Credit Administration Division (CAD); CA/ACCA preferred for Unit Manager – Statutory Accounts and Unit Manager – Regulatory Reporting. Chief Security Officer: preferably Ex-Armed Forces.
• Experience: Ranging from 01 year (Officer Call Centre) to 07 years (Head – Information Security, Head – Credit Underwriting Unit, Head – HR Operations & Employee Relations). Relevant banking experience is preferred/required for most roles.
• Chief Security Officer: Minimum Major/Equivalent rank for Ex-Armed Forces personnel.
