Job Description

The Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department, Government of the Punjab, is offering project-based contractual job opportunities under the ambitious “Eco-tourism at Changa Manga and Wetlands, Uchali and Chashma” development initiative. These positions are primarily Changa Manga-based, with travel required to other project sites. Requirements & Qualifications

  • **Senior Manager Wildlife (PPS-08, 01 Post)**:
  • Age Limit: Max 45 Years
  • Qualification & Experience: Minimum 16 years of education in Zoology, Wildlife Management, Ecology, or related field with a minimum of 05 years of experience in wildlife management or conservation.
  • **Security Manager (PPS-07, 01 Post)**:
  • Age Limit: Max 45 Years
  • Qualification & Experience: Retired Army Officer (Preferably retired Captain / Major) with a minimum of 03 years of experience in security operations.
  • **Manager Veterinary (PPS-07, 01 Post)**:
  • Age Limit: Max 40 Years
  • Qualification & Experience: DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) with valid registration with PVMC, and a minimum of 03 years of experience in wildlife veterinary care or related fields.
  • **Manager Horticulture (PPS-07, 01 Post)**:
  • Age Limit: Max 40 Years
  • Qualification & Experience: Minimum 16 years of education in Horticulture, Botany, or relevant field with a minimum of 03 years of experience in landscape management or park development.
  • **Manager Administration (PPS-07, 01 Post)**:
  • Age Limit: Max 55 Years
  • Qualification & Experience: Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field with a minimum of 03 years of experience in administrative management.
  • **IT Support Specialist (PPS-07, 01 Post)**:

  • Qualification & Experience: Minimum 16 years of education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with a minimum of 03 years of experience in IT support and systems administration, along with experience in network management.

  • Qualification & Experience: Matric in science subjects, a 2-year diploma in Veterinary Assistant or Livestock Assistant, and a minimum of 02 years of experience in animal veterinary care.
  • **General Requirements:**
  • Domicile: Must hold a valid Punjab domicile.
